Diablo III: no single player mode, real money Auction House: thoughts?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think mods were technically legal in the second game.

All this really doesn't affect me in turns of getting the game or not because I WILL be getting that's for sure. Major Diablo fan.(Never been top tier anything though, just love playing the game)

As far as the online only thing goes... no biggie. Just a clever anti-piracy measure. As long as I'm able to open a single player game I'm set.

I'm going to buy it even though all of the people that made D2 are no longer with the company. The only thing that made me consider not buying it was learning that the BGM is not done by the same person anymore. That still might be a dealbreaker.

same reason im still buying it, played D1 and D2, i think i finished D1 at least 10 times just for the sake of it.
