I did some testing, and it doesn't stack damage-wise. NL friend with decent SE said same thing happens to him, too.

If only it stacked Sad

It has been doing this since the chaos patch. The most frequent one I encounter is for my decent HB entering/leaving/CCing around the manon map.

It happens with Decent HB and Haste as well. They don't stack, but it's funny to look at.

ive had decent hb, decent hb, real hb, real hb glitched f3 but using either skill makes other icon poof
