Can level 200's level Cygnus Skill?

Hello everyone.

During the 2x event today I managed to get a whopping TWO Lunar Dews. (Yes, at a stunning rate of 1 per hour, on 4x)

As I was out there murdering rabbits, I realized that according to the remaining quests, in order to level Wind Piercing I'm going to have to um . . . .level myself ten times per one level on Wind Pierce?

I'm already 200 . . . should I just stop collecting dews and give up or did Nexon figure out that maybe some people can't level 50 times for the quests?:f6:

You can still level the skill; that's horrible wording on Nexon's part.

They mean the quests are 10 levels apart from each other (lvl 70 minimum for the Dews and earning the skill from the next quest, lvl 80 for the next, etc, up to lvl 110).

As for continuing to quest, that's completely up to you, whether or not you think the skill is worth getting, as it's very time consuming.
