I've been looking forever and haven't been able to find CE20 or CE30 for my WH. Some people told me that Marksman's Boost will work, is this true?

Crossbow Expert and Marksman Boost are the exact same skill. Only difference being that the Marksman version of the skill is just a GMS name change, like how the Crossbow Master job name was changed to Marksman.
