Unable to log into the website

I still cant log into the website with my main account even though every other account I have works fine. I tried sending a reset email but I never got it(and of course it works on my other accounts). I can log in via game launcher just fine but I want to change some account information. I sent a ticket but I doubt they will be helpful.
