MTS Issue!

So I had quit without knowing that I still had my PAC up for sale in the MTS. I checked my Page it was sold butt none of my nx or maplepoints are not in my account from it
Is there anyway to fix this?

Sometimes, when entering cash shop or MTS, there is a slight lag before your nx/maple points show up. Try exiting and re-entering, or just wait a bit for it to show up.

If you quit more than a year ago, it could've expired (not entirely sure on this, but to my knowledge, nx expires if it is not used in a year).

You might have played but did you use NX? The one year expiration date is counting from the last time you used NX.

I don't even think the one year expiration date for NX is true. I've had accounts that have had NX on them over countless of months, way over 12. About 15 month old accounts with NX on them.

Are you sure you're checking the MTS on the character you put the PAC in on? It could still be in the MTS waiting for you.

They send an email out warning you to use it or lose it. Happened on 1 acc whose NX balance didn't change for close to a year.

I have lost mine before when I went on extended break.

the Last time i used my nx was in december or november getting miracle cubes.

If he sold something in the mts though, the expiration date would become a year from the point where that item was sold.

Login to your account on maplestory.nexon.net and go to the "Cash Shop" tab.

Click on Transaction Log. You'll see two options. Purchases and NX Usage.
Click NX Usage, and select Active Period at 90 days. At the moment, my NX Usage log goes back to 3/31/11, so yours should still be there if it was around 4/9/11.

The NX Usage tab tells you what item was purchased in CS, and if you gifted it to someone. If it was a MTS purchase, it just gives you a number.

The Purchases tab tells you when you received NX, and how much. Including when you've sold something in MTS. You might want to check this too, to make sure that was the account that sold the cape.

I hope that tells you where your NX went.

If the item was sold during one of the more exploit infested periods, a rollback might have taken the NX. It happened to me, but a ticket gave me back the NX fairly fast.

Thank You for the info. Apparently... someone spent and charged 35k nx along with my cape's MTS nx on various items. No one knows my account password


So I had given my info to my friend. He had the same issue he did not charge nx and apparently there was an unknown IP address that charged 350k nx on his account. He had used his computer to log on to my account which caused me to lose my nx. Is there a way to recieve my nx back from nexon?
