When did these Clean Slates come in?

I was looking for clean slates in the FM and these showed up in the search... ? Did I miss them in an extraction?

They have probably been in the data but just not released yet.

first one have been getting sold by hackers non-stop for months now, don't even ask me how ot from where they got them.
first time i see the second scroll though.

Yeah, we had a hacker from scania come over with a couple of those first ones and sold them for 1.6 iirc. I'd like one though, lol.
