Quest help needed.

I have been attempting the quest "An Incident, and the Missing Alchemist" for days now, but the dark room is giving me a hard time. What do I have to do to find the secret document? I noticed the map shows there is an NPC or something but I can't click on it.

Try dropping coins everywhere.

Already tried that, wasn't successful. Is it inside a box? :S

You need to stand right on the NPC for it to let you click it. It's also very small, so just move the mouse around until you find you can click.

The platforms and ropes are in the dark. If you feel like cheating, use the Simple Minimap mode accessible from your System Options menu, it reveals all the platforms but removes all the fun.

I got it. I did the entire thing in the dark, so don't worry. Trial and error, haha.
