Wandering around LHC doing quests and found some NPCs had a voice over such has Jenn and Luden. Were they always there? I never noticed them before on other characters. Certainly creeped me out when I heard random sounds lol.

In Tespia they still had their korean voices. When it went live it had non. They have sneaked the english dub in without notice. xD
