The gameplay sounds fairly reminiscent of Dream of Mirror Online/Final Fantasy Tactics Advance/Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology; you get to switch classes on the fly (each class having its own class level) with each class having its own special skills and specific unlock requirements.
Sadly, Closed Beta hasn't even started yet. :/
