Came out pretty cool. Kudos points to those who know what it is.

What we did was dip a white shirt in it's entirety in a chemical based liquid that when in contact with a UV ray (the sun) will turn blue. So you put something over the shirt to block the rays and you get a stencil design. Turned out decent. I'm pleased.
