Ace of Spades

Effectively minecraft+ctf gamemode+guns. It's been out a week so far, and it sticks to the indie game roots. Servers and clients are some of the lowest RAM requirements i've seen. I won't deny it needs quite a few things fixed, game and bug-wise, but it has potential.

I believe that zombies are better. especially Nazi block zombies.

This has more potential than any minecraft mod does, because well.. minecraft is a creativity toy. Not a game. That, and how it's built restricts it heavily.

Also, you're comparing a multiplayer game to a singleplayer mod. How does that work?

Basically, the intel will randomly spawn each time it is captured. Capture incentive is viewing where they are. So, you have to move your base to where the intel is if it gets captured. The maps are fairly large, too.

Intel has physics, too. It's funny to dig underneath their bases and dig the block under the intel, and watch it fall into your hands. Also, if a roofing is 1 unit thick, it'll crumble under any weight from a player.

I was trying to set it up on my desktop, since I could leave it on, but it terminated the server window whenever I set it up. Hosting on my laptop is a bad idea. And the tf2maps servers I have access to and can put things on is linux, and this only has windows support as far as I know.

any word on a server?
