Cygnus Echo 2%

Just asking, is Cygnus Echo supposed to be 4% but is actually calculated at 2%? Cause I was just entering Echo into my stat sheet so I asked a friend to jump on his KoC and 4% is too much for what my range was saying, and 2% fits in perfectly in every situation; MW, no MW, attack potion, ect. Will post findings if necessary but I searched forum first and only found a thread about a guy not able to calc it properly.

EDIT: Just got echo from a level 200 and it's definitely 4% for 200s and 2% for Cygnus. Does Nexon know of this? Or is it just a typo on the skill? I thought they changed it to 4% at BB or something. Wasn't playing then so idk.

It's been well-established since Cygnuses were created that the Cygnus echo is only 2%. Does it say otherwise on the skill?

2 day cooldown that you have to be online for. ;-; Unless you get TL it's basically one time use for a week or so. Lmao. And that's if you actually play your KoC after getting it.

Yes this is correct. Makes little difference since you realistically are forced to time leap it if you want to use it again.
