For anyone that doesn't know: Ray Comfort is a famouseccentric Christian from New Zealand that's been in a variety of media for a few things (one being he at one point considered the banana proof for God because it fits into the hand so well and he also host a show with Kirk Cameron). The Atheist experience is a once-a-week public broadcast show that allows people to call in and talk a few Atheist (interchanging host). The following video is an hour long debate with Ray Comfort and two host of the show discussing religion (it's more Christianity but it's broad enough to apply for them all).

So for a discussion piece here's a couple points:
Did you agree with Comfort? Why?
Did you agree with the two Atheist (one is name Matt idk the other one's name)? Why?
But as a very small summation of the video some of the arguments went something like:
Ray: Science keeps changing therefore it's unreliable. No Secular thinker has claimed to know everything therefore they can not be trusted with absolute knowledge (basically the "You don't know everything so there's a possibility X can occur" argument). Nature shows aspects of creation therefore it needs a creator. Saying "I don't know" is not a satisfactory argument because it leaves open possibilities, one of which being "god".
The two Atheist: Science has never claimed absolute certainty and grows with the information gathered so it's going to change as new discoveries are made. Humanity itself has viewed nature as designed by it's own thinking, that does imply it is designed just because humanity views it as such.
P.S. If it seems I'm being cold towards the atheist, I'm not, I'm an atheist myself FYI.
