Here's a suggestion. Try watching the video. Nothing about Vampire has been changed.

UA Vampire didn't have any damage increase or decrease. It's still 90% x 4 hits. The patch notes said it's damage was fixed which probably means that something was wrong with its formula. Otherwise, I don't see how anything else could be wrong with it.
