Just some quickie

1. What are the delays for that wind piercing and soul driver thingy? Are they spammable?

2. Supposed if I have a paladin, marksman, bishop in the same account, can they learn those skills together, while just having trained 1 koc to 120?

3. Where is the quest guide to learn those koc ultimates?

4. What are the hp mp gained formulae for them.

Thank You, all the ultimate answerers, may God BLess you all.

1. Should be exactly the same as the original skills.
2. They can. In fact, I don't think you even need a Lv120 KoC on the account to learn those skills on an existing character. I think you only need one if you want to create a UA. To clarify, an existing Adventurer is NOT a UA even after learning the skills.
3. Not necessary. Just talk to the respective instructor and gather those 20 or so hard-as-pineappleing-hell-to-get quest items for the passive "equip equipment up to 10 levels above your level" skill, then repeat it (I think) to get the attack skill. Repeat to gain an additional skill level in the attack skills once you hit or pass the appropriate levels.
4. Should be the same as the regular Adventurers of the corresponding class. They will end up with slightly less HP and MP as compared to regular Adventurers though, because they won't get the HP/MP boosts the regular Adventurers get with the 1st and 2nd Job advancements.

To add on, UA's inventory slots will be limited too since they do not go through 1st and 2nd job adv.

10 harder-than-hard-as-pineappleing-hell-to-get-quest items for the skill quest. It apparently makes Soul Dew seem common.

scratch apparently, i got more scrolls than orbs hunting for the orbs, this on 2X and 4X.

and you need to get a total of 50.

think of getting 10 of arwen's glass shoes, if you ever did that qyest pre-bb

honestly, it's the only quest i did pre-BB that had a similar drop rate. never did the alphonse one though
and you need 50 "shoes" for the skill to be usable.

i am gonna get driver to one and take a good break before continuing, i have school and stuff still <.<

From what other people have said, I would think it more like the nependeath's honey super pre BB and pre adventurer revamp when it took weeks to find one maybe.

Only if you are considering the time frame to gather all of them. You shouldn't underestimate how bad Nep's Honey actually was. All told, I spent about 56 hours until I found it.
