Post-BB/AS Skill Build for Dragon Knight?

So my friend just came back to the game with his Dragon Knight, He reset all his Skill Point, and he's no longer sure what to max and not, so to make thing easier, What skills he shouldn't max at all/x lvl. He's 200. Thanks
