Empress's Blessing

I heard this works for every character, not just an UA. If this is so, how come my attack hasn't increased?

I have a lvl 25 DW and on my main (DB) it reads in my Beginner Skill section that I receive +5 ATK. So to test it out I look at my attack range with no buffs, then lvl my DW to 30. I go back on my DB and now it says I receive +6 ATK, but my damage range hasn't increased.

Am I missing something?

If the skill is level 6 and you have Blessing of Spirit/Fairy that's a higher level than Empress' Blessing, you will not receive the effects of Empress' Blessing. They do not stack -- one over rides the other if one is a higher level than the other.

Ah. I have a lvl 8 Blessing of the Fairy, that would explain it. Thanks.
