Would be spiffy if they actually made double time and refunded us that had the ill fortune of charging/earning in MTS more than 50k NX. It has been several days since they asked us to log tickets.

Looks like Hime ignored my message. Or didn't read it.
This is not compensation of any kind if the event cannot be accessed by everyone affected by the glitch/maintenance. Heck, at least have the 2x event scheduled for the same time the MAINTENANCE WAS ON or finally bring out those 2x event CARDS.
