It would be nice with certain skin tones, it's not so bad. I have to agree with Mute that the flower isn't so great, but maybe it needs to be shown at a different angle.

I wouldn't think it'd be good on someone -too- dark though, something lighter, but type of makeup or accessories and such also should be considered
