And what scroll can be use on the Rex's earring?

Body hits very little. Only a couple hundred damage, maybe 1k ish max (it has been a while since I last went, so I can't remember for sure, but it was not high). There are no restrictions on how many times you can enter.

Only chaos scrolls can be used on the Rex's earrings. However, you can use tablets on it. The tablets however, have a decreasing success rate for each tablet used.

Just replace "Armor" with "Accessory" and yes.

Rex basically does three attacks,
A Rush which does ~400 Damage, A icey-snow ball which does ~800 and a pillar drop of which i have yet to be affected by so cant say...
Other than that he can bring forth an Ice Fog which does 800 damage/sec like the Snowman boss.

Not sure I understand what the problem is, but when you begin the PQ, at the basement of the Chief's Residence, you must have your entire party with you. All of you must be present when you talk to him again at the Ravine. Don't make any change to the party. Even switching leaders and then switching back might make him not recognize you anymore.
