What's happening to chains of hell in chaos?

Will chains of hell be a waste if I buy it right now since it is being moved to a 3rd job skill in chaos?

I am a 120 db and following the standard fc/thrns/coh build.

The CoH book becomes Phantom Blow book after Chaos.

An SP reset is given, don't worry about what you do now. Chaos is months off

Chains of Hell becomes a 3rd job+ skill and we get Phantom Blow in 4th. I'd recommend getting the book in-case something happens to where you can get the free SP after chaos.

JMS got it. GMS was the only version that didn't get the SP reset. JMS players were complaining about a bug, and it was fixed a little after that.

So why the pineapple did i waste about 40k NX on skillbooks when people who make a DB after bigbang get it for free + they level faster and we took longer to level before bigbang and struggle for lv 100 mask. When new DB's get a freaking bloodmask right away with even better stats? (3 attack i believe) Why does nexon keep screwing over the people who worked hard for stuff?

People who have DB's 120+ before bb should get some bonus ): its no fairrr (Yes i whine alot >_<)

I just think it's a matter of getting to enjoy all of those skills ahead of time, that exclusive head start to the paying players. No need to complain or feel cheated..We're the ones that jumped the gun
