What do we gain with an ultimate adventurer?

I have no motivation to lvl my cygnus i need something more than a 24 attack bonus to motivate me.

I was reading spadow blog about ultimate adventure and it seems we get

the Empress’ Prayer

For 2 hours, your weapon and magic attack increases by 4%. The buff will stay active until the time runs out. If you die, the buff doesn’t disappear. Cooldown: 1 day.
Master level is 1.

and

The Empress’ Call

It adds 20% MaxHP and MaxMP permanently. Master level is 1.

Do these skills go to all the characters on our account? Or its just given to the ultimate adventurer?

does UA count as adventurer in chaos ring event? I mean can i obtain on ua advnturer ring in chaos event when i hit 90lv on UA.

I think so. They are, after all, adventurers.
