(Error Code: 32) Patcher.

(Error Code: 32) The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
I got this error when I installed Maple on my gf's pc everything worked fine till a patcher came up that was 5,5MB.
I actually did everything:
Re-Downloaded it
Turned Firewall/viruscanner off
Re-Downloaded it restarted pc then downloaded manual patcher
I tried to find the process but there was no Maplestory.exe/Patcher.exe

So is this even fixable? Pleas anwser me V_V
I'm using vista btw.
