15% scrolls in mapleglobal!

i didnt know we had those 0.o i found this one 5 minutes ago... i wonder what other scrolls are in the data

These have been released since 0.59 and drop from windraiders... they're not particularly useful though. I'm pretty sure Nexon just read the name of the scroll and didn't bother to check which scroll it actually was, as with the GM scroll mixup. There aren't any other 15% scrolls released yet, as far as I know.

It works exactly like a 10% but at a 15% rate. No boom-boom.

I think the 100% scrolls with 10% stats are a bigger deal than these ones

Yeah, 5% extra is no big deal, especially if you can't buy them in bulk.

It seems that only gloves DEX 15% drops, which just sucks. -_-

Why do they have to be untradeable? That just makes the scrolls useless really.

There are no 50% scrolls. There are 30% typo scrolls that say 50%, but there are no 50% scrolls.

Uh... what exactly makes these better than 30%s though? Yeah, they're better than 10%s, but they're only for you so you can't sell them. And if you're mass scrolling you'd probably want 30%s anyway, and because those are tradeable you'll get more of them.
