Cant charge nx after sc?

Their is a new error and i cant charge nx after today sc. I was able to charge last night before sc. Anyone else having this problem?

Cant use none of the charging features paypal or credit card

Also, @locked, nexon hasn't been banning people for NX charging lately. The reason they were banning was back charging.
