Pain
#41
Let's see...

Jiu Jitsu/MMA
-Dislocated my hip
-Dislocated my elbow
-Bruised 6 ribs
-Sprained ankle/wrist
-Overstreched both hamstrings (Our stretching routines are hell)

Life
-Broken wrist
-Shattered Scaphoid (bone between thumb and index, crushed it. couldn't move my thumb for a week).
-Broken big toe (Try walknig when the toe that supports balance is broken... Not fun)
-Braces
-Hypertonia in my right ankle making it look as if I'm holding my ankle to the left. Made it extremely difficult/painful to walk for 2 weeks.
-Piercings (Pain ranking: Nipples -> Lip -> Eyebrow -> Bellybutton -> Tongue -> Ears. I've had all of those piercings at one point or another) To be honest the biggest piercing pain I've experienced is when my LaBret (lip) broke, and I had it out for a week. It was semi-healed over, so I redid it myself with blunt force of the new LaBret.

I've also dislocated the same hip hacky-sacking... The reset itself doesn't hurt persay, but it does feel severly awkward, since you hear a loud SNAP! and feel a popping sensation inside your joint.

My most emotionally significant pain was my Grandmother's lost fight to cancer. Emotionally brought on by physical was shattering my scaphoid. Doctor said no guitar for 6 weeks... Physical was probably when I bruised 6 ribs in a shoulderdrop gone wrong... It hurt to BREATHE for about a month...

other than sprained ankles, having tendinitis on both feets was pretty painful too.

I am extremely susceptible to migraines, as in, migraines that are strong enough that they can cause considerable damage to the brain. Gotta love spending an afternoon rolling on the floor vomiting every time you see light or hear a noise...after the pain pill, that is...before them, sometimes it just plain knocks me unconscious, so I usually never bother with the pills. Had those a lot more during middle/high school than I do now, so I'm assuming they are connected to stress levels more than anything. I'm also very allergic to just about every plant, so that causes them at times as well if I'm outside for too long.
