- The host was good, honest, and direct! Not like the "zOMG we're soooo perfect at everything" host. Nice!
- The Interviews were ok, but maybe a bit short...
- The animated video was funny!
- Show needs more Maplestory!!! F5 F5 F5
- The overall quality of the show (video / audio montage) was good too.

Neg's:
- It's too focused on USA, while a LOT of their players are from Europe and South-America. The Aussie part was the only exception.
- We want even MOAR inside information of games and devs!!!
- Nexon America really needs to explain the whole Block Party thing... I don't get it... WHAT IS IT -and- WHAT WILL IT BECOME!!! :?

If they addressed the rants AGAINST them it would make their company look extremely childish and easily offended. To be honest i'm surprised you actually expected them to do such a thing.

They didn't even justify their actions..

They mentioned the Free SP Reset "Hot Time" Event.. I actually got excited and thought they would say something that would make me laugh or anything at all..
They said nothing on it. Mentioned it. And forgot what they just said.

They don't NEED to. They RUN THIS GAME. They shouldn't be expected to justify everything that the players think they're at fault for or the decisions they've made for their game...

For me, I enjoyed this segment. Maybe it's because I play more than one Nexon game and have a weird sense of humor. Found this pretty funny.

You want to know WHY they brought it up? Hah, it's simple.

It's so that people know that Nexon knows about their rants and is an attempt to stem the tide of or further fuel (Depending on if you're optimistic or pessimistic) any newer rants by other players.

"You want to know WHY they brought it up? It's either reason A, or reason B, the polar opposite. Obviously!" There's no point in saying it's simple if you don't even know what they were aiming for.

They brought it up as a way to round out their show and try to show the community that their concerns aren't going unnoticed. I don't know if they knew what effect it would have on the actual number of complaints, but I think it's likely to grow, now that people know Nexon does actually at least read them. Hell, even I might sign in and post about a thing or two now. The ticket system seems to be totally ignored.
