Character transfer doesn't work?

Well I'm trying to transfer a character from scania to khaini, it's a wildhunter, level 21, no ban problem so I don't know the deal.

It's currently level 21, birthday code is passin, I don't know what's the deal?

Nevermind, I'm assuming its because it isn't updated on rankings -_-. pineapple me, and most likely it won't be updated until AFTER the sc. man what kind of bogus pomegranate is that lol.

Um, transfers aren't done until the next server check. Which is tonight. o_O

It's not letting me purchase it, I'm fully aware it doesn't auto transfer. Goddamit lol, another week until I can get what I need..

That's what I thought you might meant. Yeah, it's probably because it's not on rankings yet. =/

what is the point of spending $25 to transfer a character you can just delete and remake in a new server under an hour?

Uh, trying to transfer a 3 lined VIP gun, I can't mts it so yeah.

Going out on a limb here but does anyone know how often rankings are updated lol, I hope they'd like update an hour before or something =[

You have to make the character like 3 hours prior before the level updates. That's why you don't do things at the last minute.

It updated at 11pm last night, so I guess the character may not be adjusted on ranking but it updates on their side within the same hour.

I don't understand the smart ass remark, I have other priorities to attend too and I didn't think making a level 21 character would take long to make/update.
