Math Puns
#1
Not the simple ones, like 'Why did the maths book commit suicide? Because it had too many problems.' Preferably calculus-based ones, but anything is fine.

I need them for a math project. I recall a thread here on SP where you guys posted them awesome math puns but I can't find it anymore.

Preferably something like:

Person 1: Whats the integral of 1/cabin?
Person 2: Log cabin.
Person 1: No, a houseboat – you forgot to add the c!

Fire away, people.

Help me, I'm like a tangent line as it approaches x=pi/2! (stuck)

There are a few high level references in this song.

I wish I was your derivative so I could be tangent to your curves...

*cough*

Guess that really isn't much of a pun, but it's the first thing that came to mind.

Holy crap, that song is awesome. Thanks, Hazzy.

Also, I google'd a bit, and found this.

There are 10 kinds of people in this world. Those who know binary, and those who don't.

I know binary, but I don't get it. :f6:

What's b10 in decimal? I remember that one from Elementary school....

It seems most math puns require basic algebra, and little more. This is saddening. Sad
