To put it simply, my FP confuses the bejesus out of me sometimes.
Two main areas confuse me, first, comp's damage seems to be unaffected by Elemental Reset. My damage on Selkies is the same with it on and with it off (maxing at around 30k) and my damage against the Lord Pirate seems to be nerfed, again, regardless of whether Reset is on or not (maxing at around 10k).
Second bit would be when I try and stack my damage over time skills (Mist, Comp, and Poison Breath in this case).
They all stack just fine for the most part, but when I spam an attacking skill (usually Comp) I don't see the poison damage popping up, only Comp's damage. Is the damage still being done? Can I only deal damage over time to monsters I'm not attacking? Or is it because I'm stacking damage over time?
Some answers to the questions would be awesome, though some ideas on how to test if my DoT is still working would work just as well for me.

I'm not sure if this helps or not, but immunities are immunities regardless of whether or not Reset's on.

DoT stacks properly, it just doesn't display properly. Comp is dumb and I guess they forgot to make Elemental Reset work with it.

That was an old bug with Elemental Reset for Blaze Wizards and is no longer true.

Oh, I guess there's a check now for "0% fire" and the like.

Not true. I can poison Himes (immune to poison) with Elemental Reset on.
And thanks loads, Fiel. That's been bugging me for a while.

Oh, well, shucks.
Thank you DUSK. I meant DUSK.
I checked this time. That one's right. ^_^
ADDITIONAL QUERY: What kind of damage does comp deal when one elelement is not very effective and one is neutral? Is it neutral damage or lame wussy damage comparable to a Blaze Wizards? (lul classism.)

comp is 50% fire and 50% poison on a f/p thus comp would do 75% of its normal dmg to a fire/poison strong and poison/fire neutral

Technically it's this, though with the beautiful skill of Elemental Reset introduced in the same job as Elemental Composition, questions like those posed above should rarely come up.

F/P DoT skills are currently bugged in 2 ways: 1. Paralyze (and comp in your case) cancels out DoT. 2. DoT only lasts for 3 seconds at the most, regardless of the level of the skill. So, if I cast lvl 30 meteor on a monster, it should DoT for 10 seconds, when in fact it only lasts 3 seconds right now.
Now you understand how messed up LOLFPs in GMS are.
