Does LHC have a minimum level requirement?

Do you have to be level 120 to enter LHC, or does it not matter?

No, I've seen some people below level 120 grinding there. If there is a minimum level requirement, my bet would be 110 ~ 115 or so.

I always thought the requirement was 120+.

You can start quests in LHC as early as 70. I don't believe there's a minimum permitted level, however.

There probably isn't a minimum. You'll just get slaughtered if you enter at too low a level.
