So, with the release of v.94 (Big Bang), a new feature was implemented. This "feature" consisted of changing around the way NX beauty parlor coupons were distributed.

Before the patch, this was my cash inventory;


(Kerning Hair Coupon, Henesey's Eye Color)

And this was the update note I read;



So I was interested to see A.) If they would change the Kerning city hair coupon (it was from an Event and not purchased by myself) and B.) How they would change the eye coupon seeing as they don't work the same way anymore, as you purchase the eye color you want from the CS rather than the NPCs.

After the patch, this was my cash inventory;



So I logged a ticket. It say unanswered for a week or so, until I logged a second ticket about an unrelated bug that screwed me over (White Scroll glitch with Legendary Spirit Skill).



Excited that they apparently fixed my issue, seeing as the ticket was closed--resolved, I logged in to check my CS;




So I now have a closed ticket, two useless cash items, and I know what GM RynoHat wants for Christmas.

Did anyone else have issues with pre-existing beauty parlor items not being exchanged?

lol, usually when the GMs say they're going to look into something... expect to be waiting a long goddamn time

That one seems to be one of their favorite form responses, and it means "We're not going to do anything about it, but we're going to close your ticket anyway so our department can show fake productivity. Have a good day."

M4A1 sucks, SOPMOD or not. GMs don't know anything about any of their games, I wouldn't expect a resolution soon.

I got that same response when I submit a ticket about combat arms error report (failed to verify user. error 8). At first I thought they are going to fix that error, but after three months of waiting for them to fix the problem, I just give up. They gonna take forever to fix the problem (NEVER).

I'd rather take an M16A1 SOPMOD, but that's a different game altogether.

The Kerning City Hair Coupon still can be used at the Kerning hair salon, not sure about other towns though. :f6:

That's a generic response, I got that for my error 38 cash shop crash ticket report. The following, however, isn't an automatic reply and I'm actually shocked they didn't give me a generic answer or overlooked it. I expected them to anyway, but to my surprise this is what I got.



Not sure if the GM being a Windia GM has anything to do with it personally. Or maybe they have the veto power to fix personal issues, rather than programming errors or glitches. *shrugs*

Well, for the hair ones, I got Henesys Hair and Face coupons on an old account from the "Welcome Back!" event and they still worked despite not being the new ones.
