NPC Fur Puff sells various buffs for Christmas Snow Crystals.
These buffs are described as lasting an hour or half an hour, but most of them last only 6 or 3 minutes (respectively).
The only ones that last as long as advertised are Cold Winter Energy, Winter Rage, and Winter Freeze.
The others, namely Bountiful Winter, Lucky Winter, Free Spirit, and Powerful Winter Energy, last only a tenth as long as they should.
