LUK mage questions

Im resuing this thread ^_^ anyway, on the with questions :

Guys, whats the amount of luk i should cap at in order to get atleast 120luk for a myst blue. And then, once i reach 163 i want to be able to wield a red phoenix staff. What equipments should i prioritize with luk and what equipment should i prioritize with int ? i have no problems switching from a MoN to a 22stat htp but it would be ideal if i could still keep my mon.

- what luk should i cap at considering
- i wanna wear a myst blue asap (120luk required)
- be able to wield a phoenix staff(fire 163 staff, no idea what number it is in gms) (165lukrequired)
- I wanna wear an MoN to use the mystblue
- ill switch to a htp(if i have no choice) in order to use the 163 staff.
- finally, i can get luk(according to tikeys eq list) from dragon equips

Training is definitely easier, though I can't say if 70 is equal to 50 pre-bb.
Can't say much on the training.
Though Ludi would be good from 100-120.

training my CB from 90-106 on BB exp curve, and i can tell you it is one hell of a curve.

from 90-106 on my bowmaster way back in the day (just got aquaroad) training took me weeks to cover that level gap.
From 90-106 it took me a week and a half.

EDIT: for MSEA, i'm going to go ahead and tell you to camp at singapore mobs. Knowing MSEA, they'll borrow some GMS data, and at the moment, those are the mobs that aren't horrendously nerfed and give enormous amounts of exp for their level.

Otherwise you might go to sand rats and scorpions for level 70 + then move to roids till about 95/8 and then homunculi. Check the training guide in the maple guides section of the forum. they have an organized list of decent training spots.

The equipments that you could switch to have luk with no loss of stat are:
-Overall (only useful for going from the 120 luk to 165 luk)
-Shoes (no scroll for shoes for int or luk so you can just choose the shoes that give more luk and maker them preferrably with luk crystals, I'd stick with the lvl 90 shoes since they have matt, try to chaos them in the future)
-Hat (sort of since there are no scrolls for headgear for luk you are going to scroll these for INT anyway, just try to find one that has better LUK than INT)

Capes are not ok (you'd want to chaos a purple cape, otherwise you can scroll for luk if you don't feel like chaosing), gloves, earrings and shields gain matt from the scrolls so they are not an option.

Of course, try makering all your gear with the best possible of wisdom/luk crystals.

If you see yourself being able to afford a CHTP/CZak at some point, cap your luk below 50.

thanks shidoshi, that was helpful. but what luk should i cap at ? im deciding between 60 or 70 :/ ill definitely keep your suggestions in mind.

below 50 is a no, because even though i can, i dont want to spend that much on equipments.. i can get chaos zak helm, but CHTP is sort of hard to get in msea.
