Resistance comming out next wednesday?

so I was just lookin at the resistance support event and I noticed it ends on the 20th , the 21st being a wednesday ( a common day for patches ) but I was wondering a few things , 1. is this likley? how far apart was BB part 2 released in KMS ? 2. does anyone know how much exp do the energy capsules give?
3. what are the chances of the resistance ring and the BB ring being stackable?

Someone on this forum said it added 30% at level 62, and if this is true, I can see why nexon limited to only 7 per character xD
