It's been in a few maps pre-BB. Nothing new....except maybe the HP gain.

It's always fully restored your HP. I used to use it when I trained at Brexton 2 years ago.

Old news. Been there since Leafre came out in 2008. Though the HP recovering abilities always befuddle people. Tongue1
