A question regarding Warrior HP (between old and new characters) after Big Bang
#1
I have no idea if this was asked before, so I apologize if someone had already asked this beforehand.

Anyways, over at MSEA's AsiaSoft forum, I had started a little Q/A project for the MSEAers wondering what happens to certain things after Big Bang. A warrior there asked me a question which sounded simple at first, until I realized what he was really concerned about.

Q: I'm a warrior. Will new warriors have the same amount of HP as old warriors of the same level after Big Bang?

Simple? I then realized that the skill 'Increasing Max HP' was replaced by 'HP Boost' (and I think it's the same case for Infighters/Brawlers as well).

- Increasing Max HP boosted your HP by a set amount per level.
- HP boost increases your max HP based on a percentage amount.

Now do you see where I'm getting at? In theory, both old and new warriors may end up with the same amount of HP. But I have a feeling that this might not be the case. Does anyone who knows how this works answer this?

Increasing Max HP is built into warriors now from level 10, so new warriors get slightly more HP, something like 100? It's so little no one should worry about it however.

Alright, many thanks.

I guess this means that in theory, all Warriors will end up with more HP after Big Bang as well. (Increasing Max HP built into the HP formula + HP Boost +20% HP modifier.)

This could apply to Infighters/Brawlers as well - now that I think about it, I remember seeing Spadow's Viper/Buccanneer recieve a huge HP boost in KMS.

As I said the difference is only because they have IM-HP maxed as soon as they become warriors, while old warriors had to wait until level 15, given that both get the 20% HP thing old and new warriors should be basically on the same ground with new warriors having just a little more. Someone would have to figure it up, but I doubt it would be more than 200 lost HP.

A bigger deal is HP washers who washed until they had 30k base and leveled to 200.

Yes, I understood the first part.

But yeah, I didn't think about HP washers. (I would assume that the extra HP per AP bonus from the old Increasing Max HP skill no longer applies to any washing done after Big Bang, but I might be wrong on that front as well.)

Both parts were built in from what I heard.
