i didn't found, searched anywhere.

Supposedly from Chaos Zak and Chaos HT, though I have never seen one. There was word of Nexon adding them to gach at some event, but again, seen nothing indicating that.

I know Jellyflower/Lachrymus had one at one point. There's no easy way to get them, though. Gonna go with Chaos Zak/HT as well but I'm not sure myself.

If so I could see these being a gacha thing pretty easily.

and I think Schrono is right, in the extraction, there were Cash Shop Surprises (of some sort). So that may be the case.
