Unable to charge nx via credit cards

Hey guys,

Had an error on my gfs account, she cannot purchase nx and it gives her this message as soon as I click the credit card button, It wont even let me put in the details.

Its weird because I used the same credit card to purchase nx on my account.

Has anyone else had this problem as well? Any way to fix it? And yes we have submitted a ticket without a response and also to note we live in Canada if that affects anything >_>

From what I've read elsewhere, when people get this error message it is because their account has been marked as a bad risk, for whatever reason known only to Nexon.
Ever been hacked or temp banned?
Nexon is never very good at making meaningful error messages, or ever explaining what they do in general.

Yeah, chances are that you'll have to get NX from other sources.

I too get that error:0 thing

And my account's never been banned or anything like that. In fact, I've already charged via credit card a few times before but once I hit that error page, I've never been able to charge through that method again (or any other method other than NX Cards).

Wow no shes never had any issues, no hacking, nx fraud, she does'nt sell nx, she was never banned or anything like that at all : ( this is so stupid since now she can't get the extra 20% NX

Well it seems to me that a fraudster would attempt the following:
Create new MS account(s), maybe new paypal account(s), wait a few weeks, level up a char if required, charge lots, buy gach or meso sacks (or whatever credit NX can buy that is transferable), transfer proceeds to another account, reverse charges, done.
So possible triggers for the 'risky account' flag might be
-attempting large or multiple charges to a new(ish) MS account
-attempting to charge from a new paypal account or card
-atempting to charge from more than one source (multiple paypals, credit cards)
-attempting to charge more than one MS account from same paypal or credit card, or from same IP address (hope not this one, cause I do this)
-changed or spoofed IP address
-mismatch between MS account info and paypay/card info (eg name, age, IP-derived location vs address known to paypal/card)

Hmmm the only possible things from that list that she does is charge 2 accounts, She charged mine maybe a few times.

The other thing is mixture of paypal and visa because she used to use an older visa which stopped working so she had to get a new one, and before we never charged with visa only paypal

@__@ I dunno its stupid, you would think nexon would reply faster because its an issue of them getting money or not lol

I have this issue aswell. I sent a ticket about it, and the gm said they have a new verification process for finding players who hack the free surveys or use fraudulent programs to complete surveys. But as always, please will end up falsely accused. Your account will be rescricted from paypal or buying nx from a credit card. It sucks, since I don't know how to use pay by cash. And, just to my luck, no stores near me sell nx cards...

I get this as well. It is quite lame.
I got this error message after I charged me and my friend's account on my computer with my paypal account.
However, he didn't get the error message. I did, although I charged second.
