Lucky 7 and triple throw ignore mastery anyways, but without crits...yeah, not much point.

Formula looks like 70% mastery. 1.8 multiplier instead of 1.75. Maximum damage isn't significantly higher than regular claw damage. My predicted max range is 3905. My maximum observed is 4016.
