Broken Dolphin in Herb Town (not the map on the left of Herb Town!)

There's a NEW Dolphin in Herb Town that disconnects you when you talk to it.

Pretty obvious it doesn't belong there. It gives you a C++ error.

Happened just now

It happened ever since they stuck in ghost ship pq. At first I thought it was supposed to send me to ghost ship pq area but, every time I clicked through the 1st msg, it crashes me.

I've never seen this dolphin, so i'm curious like the other person just where it is.

I clicked it last night when I was on my way to HobPQ.
