Can't put sp into hp?

I remember reading something about this, like a minimum level at which you can do it, or minimal points assigned to str/dex, but attemps at searching are failing because ap and hp are too short...

So, anyone remember? Trying to make a PG mule, it's level 15 and finally maxed MaxHPIncrease, but I can't put the saved AP into HP.

You have to be level 20 I believe. It might be an odd number like level 23, but I think 20 is more likely.

I think they aren't asking anything to do with how much mp they need for washing, rather that they can't add points to hp in the first place, and what the minimum requirements for that are, which unless I'm mistaken, that page doesn't help with?
