Sticky Keys (ugh)

This has happened to me a few times.
Whenever I'm training on certain characters with their skill on shift, sticky keys/filter keys simply minimize my game and lagg like crap.
Worse still, when I try to get back in, I normally turn up dead .
How the pineapple do you permanently disable stick keys/filter keys???
