You had to do every single Visitor event quest, if you didn't you can't get it. If you did every single Visitor event quest then you should have had a light bulb above your head with the quest "Is It Just A Dream" once taking that you go to Omega Sector to get it from Doctor Bing.

First of all, wichversion are you on? JMS is the only version that gives the cahnce to get it now.

If you didn't do the Visitor event quests last patch, then you cannot get it. Period.

Impossible; the timeline collapsed. Unless Dr. Bing is a retard and tries the same thing again, the event shouldn't repeat itself.

It's an event so it's completely possible for them to repeat it in a year or so. It doesn't really matter about the storyline since Nexon has repeated events that shouldn't have been repeated before.

And then there is Neo City which makes zero sense whatsoever at all.

I did it for 6 characters, so I know what exactly is required.

Stage 1: Do all the miniquests at least once, get the Bing Suit.
Stage 2: Get the crystanol, do the daily quests to obtain coins at least once. This will trigger Counterattack at Wynn's Quest when stage 3 comes out. You do not need to do the fame quest nor the party quest.
Stage 3: None required, you do NOT need to complete the spaceship quest. But do complete the Counterattack quest the first time you meet Wynn directed by Doctor Bing.
Stage 4: Finish any PQ, go to Bing's cube, do his line of quests at least once. You'll have 7 crystanols if you do it right. "Is this a dream" quest will be activated, you're done in terms of prerequisite. For stage 4, you can leech kills from someone else if your suit is not upgraded to a visitor one, since you'll die in one hit and can't attack the aliens at all.

Takes around 2 hours to do all that for one character all in one go, all chars have self door though and have mob skills to kill the aliens easily for stage 2 quests.
