What does it mean by recovery rate?

Myles, that's not what I meant. There's a recovery % that goes up by 9% each level, I want to know what that means. ._.

o..

it means it heals more the higher the level.

EDIT: if it heals 100 hp at level 1, then it will Heal 109 the next level, if it goes up by 9%

Then why does my level 1 chakra heal 200-700?

It ranges from 200-700?

iunno, tbh.

Seems pretty random, based on that.

EDIT: I think I know.

If you have 100 HP, and you use it, then it will heal 9hp (or 109hp)

Why do people post if they have no idea about what they're talking about?

Anyways, a long time ago, I was searching for something like that. I came across this website. The other formula there is for Pickpocket's drop rate.

- Maximum Recovery: [LUK × (1.3 + Recovery Rate% / 100)] + [DEX x (Recovery Rate% / 100)]

- Minimum Recovery: [(LUK × 0.5) (1.3 + Recovery Rate% / 100)] + [DEX x (Recovery Rate% / 100)]

When I tested this (about a year ago), it seemed pretty accurate. Don't know if the 0.56 patch (which changed many skills, including Chakra), might have affected the formula.

My Chakra is level 27, I have almost 3,000 HP. The amount of HP I heal varies from around 1000 ~ 2000, I haven't really checked it out lately because it tends to fully heal me when I'm around the 1,000 HP mark.

Is it base luck, or with stat boosters?

EDIT : Can you post the pickpocket one too? That'd be nice. xD
