I'd be more precise, and say that the effect is more like a gelt, but yeah. Hopefully, it'll become an excuse for LOTS of people to go CWPQing, like APQ. Only free, and X-TREME.

At the moment you might be able to buy them for a million or so. Not sure of the prices.

Yeah, I usually buy them at 500k ~ 1 million. You can also get quite a bit if you know people that CWKPQ regularly.
