While doing the Pyramid PQ earlier, I noticed that I actually attacked faster with the level 4 buff than with my level 3 booster. Curious enough, I tried the PQ on my F/P and noticed no speed difference after the level 2 buff. That could mean that an Evan's booster speed isn't capped or isn't capped as low, so does anyone know what an Evan's maximum booster speed is?
Edit: Nevermind, I just tested again with my F/P and it went faster with the level 3/4 buff.
