Dual Blade Cash Mastery Books - Missing Skill Points

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
Upon using any of the dual blade cash mastery books, there is occasionally a bug that prevents the user from gaining the bonus skill point addition that the mastery book is supposed to give.

Example: My Mirror Image skill was at level 10. Upon using the "Mirror Image Mastery Book", my Mirror Image skill level should have increased to level 11 and the max level for it should have increased to level 30. This however was not the case, and upon using the "Mirror Image Mastery Book", my Mirror Image skill was still at level 10 - though the max level was increased to level 30. This issue can be found potentially on all of the dual blade mastery books - most notably Slash Storm and Mirror Image. Some users won't have any issues, while other users will end up missing valuable skill points.

As seen in the image spoilers below, I was level 97 @ the time the images were taken.
My skill build was:
5 Nimble Body
3 Disorder
20 Dark Sight
10 Double Stab
19 Katara Mastery
1 Triple Stab
20 Katara Booster
20 Self Haste
20 Fatal Blow
20 Slash Storm
20 Tornado Spin
20 Flash Jump
10 Bloody Storm
29 Mirror Image
1 Owl Spirit
20 Upper Stab
20 Flying Assaulter
9 Unused Skill Points
Total = 267 Skill Points Used

The amount of skill points that I should have:
Level 97 = 87 x 3 = 261 Skill Points
1st Job Advancement = 1 Skill Point
2nd+ Job Advancement = 1 Skill Point
3rd+ Job Advancement = 1 Skill Point
Slash Storm Mastery Book = 1 Skill Point
Tornado Spin Mastery Book = 1 Skill Point
Mirror Image Mastery Book = 1 Skill Point
Flying Assaulter Mastery Book = 1 Skill Point
Total = 268 Skill Points

1 skill point is clearly missing.

The cause of this has pretty much been confirmed.

As far as I know, you do not gain an extra skill point when using the Cash Shop mastery book when you have ZERO skill points left at that time. You need atleast ONE skill point available for it to gain an additional skill point.

Yeah, I figured that it was that. I just don't like the idea of having to raising and paying for another DB @__@... Especially if I want the level 100 mask.

its because flying assaulter isnt maxed, tornado isnt maxed, advanced dark sight isnt maxed.

I wonder if Nexon will fix the people who are missing skill points and log tickets. .___.;;;

So you're saying as long as I have 1 SP left when I use a Cash Shop Mastery Book, it'll give me the extra 1 SP in addition to raising the max level?

Because I was a victim of the missing SP, as well. When I bought and used the Slash Storm CS Mastery Book. It raised its level, but never gave me the extra SP; however I was at 0 SP at the time I used it.

If all you need to make sure it doesn't glitch on you is to have 1 SP or more in your pool still, then this is some important info for all those who were affected by this glitch, cause I'm sure none of us want to get hit by it again--I know I don't.

I bought a CS book for Slash Storm and I have 1 SP available. Used the book at it automatically went to 6, and then I put in my point.

No, it hasn't. I had extra SP at the time of my mastery book's use and I did not receive my skill point. Try again.
