Pre-Potentialed Item possible when i use Maker skill for creation?

Yea see title, i tried to make some gloves for my BM ( 8 gloves) and all are not pre-potentialed so i guess its not possible to get pre-potentialed by using Maker skill right?

Was already confirmed not possible, so no.

Only way maker equips can become potential is by using a potential scroll on them.
